What do you think is the next big thing in slot gaming? Is there any new technology that could change the game?
The gaming industry has undergone significant changes in recent years, driven by advancements in technology and shifting consumer preferences. The important change is players opting to play on their smartphones and tablets nowadays rather than traditional gaming consoles or PCs.
Spadegaming was founded in 2007. How has the company developed since then?
For almost 15 years, Spadegaming has been making exciting and beautifully designed Asian-themed slot games.
VSO News sat down with Spadegaming general manager Danny Vincent to have a chat about Farmland Frenzy and to get his insight into the latest in slot gaming.
We get inspired by famous farm games with cute elements which draw from social games. Our designers took about three months to sketch the idea, go through the stages of preparation, and lastly release the product.
Being around for so long, how do you ensure that you’re constantly keeping your ideas fresh and innovative?
Another trend has been the growing popularity of online gaming, with many players preferring to play against others online rather than in-person. This has led to the rise of iGaming platforms and social gaming, through which players can now connect with others and play together virtually.
Your latest release Farmland Frenzy Maxways was a hit in the VSO News office. Can you explain a bit about what makes the game great?
Spadegaming is now a veteran of the online slot industry having provided its games to operators since 2007. Over that time, it has built an extensive portfolio of thrilling games, featuring hit titles such as Heroes: Rise of Legend, Book of Myth, and Dragon Empire.
How did the idea first come about for the game?
Companies need to foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation by encouraging employees to come up with new ideas and test them out, rather than sticking to the same old formula. It’s also important to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the ever-changing iGaming industry. Gaining feedback from our business partners and players is another method to identify areas for improvement, obtain valuable insights, and keep positive rapport amongst the networks in the long-run.
